It's been quite a while since I've been here, so hello to everyone.

I'm at a dilemma with my teen about this new stuffed animal thing. Naturally she doesn't see the problem. They're called skullanimals. Well, duh! that should say it all right there but in her young mind all she sees is 'cute' I say ick. They have many kinds, dogs, penguins, monkeys... and they're all black with the skeleton printed on the outside and a red heart where the heart goes, they have a little story of how they met their demise and they even have a favorite story like the rabbits favorite story is the 'Tortoise and the Hare!'. What I'd like to know is the origin of these things, just telling her how morbid they are is not convincing, she thinks they're cute. Has anybody else encountered these horrid things?? and is there a site that can give me the info I need to share with my daughter the dangers of getting caught up into these things??? I've searched the web for skullanimals, all I get is the place you can purchase them and how much the goth like them. Please anybody, help.... I know this has nothing to do with music but it does have to do with a vulnerable young Christian girl. Thanks if you can help, and if you can't, well, thanks anyway.

Be Blessed

Faith
